Open to members who have been on any committee or team or helped with competitions in any way throughout the year, together with their invited guests.

Guests are expected to be husbands, wives and recognised partners and, if not a member, must pay a green fee. Guests may also be invited to participate in the lunch only.

Playing handicap: 95% of course handicap

As this is played in mid-December, the exact format and number of holes to be played will be decided depending on the weather conditions at the time.

Men’s and Ladies’ Captains to decide order of play.

Ladies play off their own card and receive no handicap adjustment strokes. The draw will be made as soon as possible after the competition has closed.

Entry Fee: £4 Lunch is provided from the Club’s standard Sunday Lunch menu and will be paid for on the day. Generally the club would like to know the menu choices and numbers in advance.

If it is agreed that payment can be made in advance then it should be made online to Cranleigh Golf & Leisure Club Competitions Group (Cranleigh Comps Group) using Sort Code: 30-93-49 and Account No: 00554717 and quoting reference MXDXMAS.

Committee Christmas Shield will be presented to the highest placed committee member.

Committee Christmas Guest Shield will be presented to the highest placed guest. For the guest shield to be engraved there must be at least two competitors in this category.
